1. Double check the credit card information you have entered. You may have typed a number wrong which will prevent our system from recognizing your card correctly.
2. Check the expiration date of your credit card. We send out expiration notices about a week before your card is set to expire, but it's possible that you forgot to update the credit card in the billing system.
