Absolutely! It is very easy to spend all night working hard on upgrading your site only to hit the wrong key or have someone else overwrite your changes.
While we do backup your accounts on a regular basis our backups are for catastrophic server events. We do not restore individual websites unless the situation is caused by us.
You can also create a backup through your cPanel interface. This is highly recommended to do regularly.
